For programmed pool activities where qualified lifeguards or first aiders can respond quickly. Use the full NRASTC route when this backup is unavailable.
Course Content
Pool and class management; intervention rescue; emergency action; CPR and drowning.
Assessment
Formal theory and practical assessment.
What to Bring
Suggested joining instructions: swimwear, towel, suitable clothing for water-based practice, notebook and pen. Confirm venue-specific equipment before attendance.
