Course Content
Incident assessment; first aider responsibilities; unresponsive casualties; CPR; choking; bleeding; shock; minor injuries. Environmental hazards; hot and cold conditions; insulation and emergency shelter.
Assessment
Trainer assessment of practical skills and a multiple-choice theory paper.

Suggested joining instructions: suitable outdoor clothing, spare warm layers, footwear and any required water equipment. Confirm the venue kit list before attendance.
