Urbanbubble Ongoing Training Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Introduction By registering for and participating in the Ongoing Training and Competency Assessment sessions at Urbanbubble, organised by TS Training / Fitness, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Eligibility: Participants must hold RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or STA Pool Lifeguarding, currently employed by Urbanbubble, and in good standing with their employer. Registration: Participation in the sessions is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration closes when maximum capacity is reached 12 participants per session, this can be booked on the following link: https://www.tstrainingfitness.com/book-online Cancellation and Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule your attendance, notify TS Training / Fitness via email at least 24 hours before the session. Attendance: Participants are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before the session's start time. Late arrivals may be denied, and you must attend the next available session or will need to do a competency assessment. Attire: Participants must bring appropriate swimwear, a towel, t-shirt and shorts. Assessment: Participants must demonstrate competency in all required skills and knowledge to pass the assessment. Unsuccessful participants may be required to attend additional training. Certification: Successful participants will receive a certificate of completion via the RLSS UK Account managed by Tahdah. you can access this via the link: https://rlssuk.tahdah.me/account/login Safety and Conduct: Participants must adhere to safety rules and guidelines and conduct themselves professionally during the session. Failure to comply may result in removal from the session and potential disciplinary action by Uranbubble. Liability: TS Training / Fitness and Urbanbubble are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the session. Participants waive any claims against TS Training / Fitness and Urbanbubble upon registration. Privacy: Participant information will be shared between TS Training / Fitness and Urbanbubble for administrative purposes. By registering, participants consent to this sharing of information. Changes: TS Training / Fitness reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or cancel sessions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible. By attending Ongoing Training and Competency Assessment sessions at Urbanbubble, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
